Hello Crafty Friends,
Easter is right around the corner, do you have your Easter cards ready? If not I have a cute Easter card to share that has a special fold just for fun.

This is like making a card in a card! To make this card I started with a 9×4 inch piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock. This was scored at 3 1/2 inches. This allows you to place the pretty Designer Series paper on the card stock that is still showing on the front. I used the Delightful Daisy Designer Series paper for my card. For the shorter folded side of the card I used the Polka Dots Basics Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to add those cute polka dots. For the smaller folded part of the card I used an 8×3 inch piece Wisteria Wonder cardstock folded in half. The stamps used are all from the Hello Easter Stamp set. I stamped the egg on Whisper White cardstock in Lemon Lime Twist. I had to fussy cut the egg since there is no die that fits it. I also used the flower stamps and small dot stamps to fill in parts of the egg with Wisteria Wonder ink. I colored parts of the egg in with Light Daffodil Delight and Light Calypso Coral Blends markers. The inside of the card was stamped with the bunny from the set and some cute tiny little flower accents. I used my Layering Ovals Framelits to cut out the inside stamped image. I stamped the sentiment in Flirty Flamingo because it matches the Light Calypso Coral Blends marker perfectly. I finished things off with pearls and then the card was complete.
I hope this give you some fun inspiration to make a card that is just a little different!
